Our Team

Matt Reynolds

Managing Director, Responsible for Sales and Licensing

Matt has been working in the licensing and publishing industry since 2009, previously in sales with Kellogg's for 10 years. Matt started LBB in 2016 with a desire to delight and engage our licensors, retailers and readers with our 'hands on' approach to everything we do!

Matt's main passions are selling, rugby and his family and friends, with a belief that 'If you can't have fun doing it, don't do it!' in everything he does.

Matt's favourite LBB brand: 'This is a hard one, as I am passionate about all the brands we publish, but I can't get away from my childhood memories of WWE (WWF) and superstars such as Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan and 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan!

Alex Leamon

Responsible for the Studio

With nearly 15 years' experience of designing and managing some of the UK's best-selling Annuals, I still get excited to be working with well-known characters and brands, and enjoy creating on trend, entertaining and educational children's titles, with our creative partners.

Time away from the office is spent with my family, spending time with my three-year-old son and sharing books together - who loves all of the CBeebies Annuals. So no surprise which is my favourite LBB brand!

Rachel Reynolds

Responsible for Finance and HR

I love having fun on the Devon coastline with my friends and family. My favourite holiday is going skiing and in my spare time I like to swim or do Pilates.

Favourite LBB brand: I love the Natural History Museum brand, I think the images and stunning and I love reading the facts with my 2 boys.

Amy Hammond

Supply Manager

I love spending time with my family and friends whether it’s at home or away exploring somewhere new, mainly revolving around food! To get some me time and to counteract the love of food I also enjoy attending various fitness classes, life is all about balance!

My Favourite LBB brand would have to be Natural History Museum, inspired by my 4 year old son’s love of animals, in particular Dinosaurs, and our recent visit to the Museum itself. It’s never too late to start learning about this wonderful world that we live in!
